Appeal to the Insurance Court against a decision on income security matters
The Insurance Court is a special court that considers appeals in matters that are within its jurisdiction under the income security legislation. A decision in a benefit matter that is subject to appeal will be accompanied by appeal instructions. The instructions will state the appeal authority to which the appeal is to be submitted.
An appellant may use the electronic service of administrative and special courts in a judicial matter under consideration by the Insurance Court. The service is a secure way to communicate with the Insurance Court.
